POLICIES
* There is absolutely no smoking in any of the buildings on the property. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas, with the butts properly disposed of in the containers provided. Violators will incur a $50 cleaning charge.
* Check in is between 3 and 8 P. M., unless other arrangements are made.
* Check out is before 11 A. M., unless other arrangements are made.
* Extra guests sharing your room are $50 extra per night. We will provide the beds, with prior notification. The room can fit two more beds.
* We request no candles of any sort, or incense. The room has its own ambience.
* You may bring your own alcohol.
* Use of the Soaking Tub is prohibited after alcohol is consumed.
* Repair of damages we discover after your departure will incur an extra charge to your credit card.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
* There is a $30 processing fee for any reservation that is cancelled . * A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be required before the room is occupied. *If the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, a gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the deposit, less the $30 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. * For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the package will be charged at the time of booking. *There is a two day minimum reservation requirement for Holiday Weekends and for Kenyon’s October Parent’s Weekend (please inquire about exceptions). *Kenyon Event Weekends (except for Graduation) are exceptions to the reservation and refund policy. Payment in full is required at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable except as a gift certificate minus the $30 processing fee. *Cancellations must be made by speaking to an innkeeper. We are not responsible for messages left on voicemail or sent by email.

During the week the nightly rate is $200 per night.
* $360 for 2 midweek night’s stay
* $525 for 3 midweek night’s stay
* $680 for 4 midweek night’s stay
* $840 for 5 midweek night’s stay
Weekend single nightly rates are $225 per night.
* $435 total for 2 nights, except for Holiday weekends and Kenyon Event weekends, which are $250 per night with a two night minimum unless under special arrangement with the Innkeeper.
